Astounding Joy

Astounding joy is something we all yearn for. And guess what? It is inside us, it is part of us, it is our nature, our true essence. YOU ARE astounding light and joy.

You are a phenomenal, amazing, astounding being of love and light. We all are.

Sometimes the world around us reflects that back to us – in the overwhelming beauty of a sunset, in the depth of the smell of a rose, in the brilliant colorful intensity of the soft petals of a flower, in the taste of amazingly delicious food, in the heart-pulling sounds of beautiful music, in the fiery brilliance of a lit candle, in the delicate feel of a breeze on your face, in the refreshing touch of water running down your body, in the exhilarating freedom of movement, dance, and walking. In those moments, we touch the infinite boundless joy of the universe. It surrounds us and it is us.

Being mindful helps us to be more present – and in that space we find that joy – we touch it, see it, feel it, hear it, and know it.

Do you ever wonder what you are here for?  What your purpose is?  What you are supposed to do?

Part of that answer is in discovering who you are. And the other part is in being and living who you are.

Where are you drawn? What calls to you? Follow your heart, your soul, your dreams – head toward whatever calls you. Go after what excites you. Do more of what touches your soul and makes you laugh and dance and come alive. Embrace what makes you happy and
what is truly you. In those moments, you touch the joy of your own being.

Don’t be afraid to be who you are – you are here for a reason. Live fully – as YOU, not as anyone else. Don’t compare yourself to others – they are on a different path than you. Discover your own unique path, your own voice, your own essence, and embrace your extraordinary journey.

Let go of anything and everything holding you back. Take off the mask, the labels, and the restrictions. Let go of the pretense and the trying to fit in where you don’t quite belong. Let go of other people’s opinions and rules that don’t really fit you. Honor who YOU are – there is no one else in the world exactly like you.

Don’t let fears, doubts, or insecurities scare you or slow you down. We all have fears and self-doubts – that is part of being human. Acknowledge them, see them, feel them – and then move forward anyway. Go for your goals, follow your yearnings, grab those opportunities, and enjoy each moment.

Don’t hold back or let anything stand in the way of being fully who you are. You are a unique, magnificent being in this amazing world. You are here to live life fully and to become the most and best that you can.

Go for the gusto! We are meant to move forward in life, to live fully, to be happy and joyful, and to embrace all of life.

And we are to share that love, light, and joy with everyone around us. Be kind to everyone and to all of life, so that others can see that within themselves as well.

Each of you is so much more than you ever thought possible. You are amazingly brilliant and beautiful. You are love. You are light. You are life. You are infinite sparkling radiance.

You are life-filled joy and fiery brilliance. Allow your life to flow and blossom. Embrace who you are and shine. Celebrate being you.

See and touch all the wonder, beauty, magic, awe, magnificence, brilliance, and radiance around you. And know that all of that is a reflection of what is within you.

“You are the universe in ecstatic motion.”Rumi

Allow your inner being, your true self, to radiate out with sparkling crystal rainbows of astounding joy.

Wishing all of you more love and joy than you can imagine.
